Delivery Times

- Priority UK Delivery: For orders placed before 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), we offer next-business-day delivery. While we work hard to ensure prompt delivery, there may be occasional delays outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey directly through Royal Mail. You’ll also receive real-time delivery updates via email and SMS.
Modifying or Cancelling Your Order
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@footrax.co.uk. After this period, we cannot process cancellations as the order will be in preparation.
- Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, contact us at support@footrax.co.uk within 24 hours of your order, and we’ll do our best to update it for you.
Shipping Carriers
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders, with Royal Mail as our primary shipping partner. In certain situations, we may use UPS or another trusted courier to provide you with the best possible service.
